2017 – Training Year

After the loss of Essie Pearl in September 2016, Bernice was gifted a Fjord named Liska, who she named Liska Pearl. Rebecca and Gary Adams, from the Dream Catcher Therapeutic horse therapy program in Pendelton, Oregon, brought Liska, their beautiful gift to Bernice, to her cabin outside of Trego, Montana in March 2017. Then began a year of rehabilitation and training, with short rides around Montana. More later.
